Separate the three handoff options
Treat direct import, mezzanine-file transfer, and shot-by-shot replacement as different operating choices. Direct import is convenient only when the current tools expose a compatible path; a mezzanine transfer favors a stable, documented file between systems; shot replacement keeps editorial decisions independent from generation. Record the source clip, frame size, frame rate, duration, audio status, color assumptions, and modification history for every option. Do not infer that the wording seen on X identifies an official integration or a currently available export preset. The scorecard exists to compare handoff risk, not to declare that a named control works.
