Compare permission, speaker truth, product access, demonstration accuracy, location, reshoots, script control, identity risk, audio, editing, localization, disclosure, channel acceptance, delivery schedule, and total production effort. Record current evidence and unknowns. Do not fill empty cells with vendor marketing, assumed prices, or output claims from a different product path.
