Build a rights-cleared character passport
Create approved reference views for face, hair, body proportions, wardrobe layers, accessories, props, and distinguishing marks. Add identity statements in production language: which features must persist, which can vary, and which references are prohibited. Record asset provenance, consent or license, allowed channels, expiration, and approver. Separate permanent character anchors from scene-specific state such as wet hair, damaged clothing, or a temporary prop. The passport becomes the review authority; the keyword and its X circulation do not prove that a current model can preserve any anchor.
