Turn the brief into owned production artifacts
Freeze the audience, message, source rights, format, duration, budget authority, schedule, factual claims, disclosure needs, and final approver. Create separate records for the script or treatment, shot list, character and location continuity, visual references, audio plan, delivery specification, and risk review. Give each artifact a version, owner, status, and dependency. A Seedance 2.5 production workflow remains a workflow only when another editor can see what is approved, what is provisional, and what evidence is missing. It is not a claim that one product accepts every artifact or automates the complete path.
