Prompt the producer for the real deliverable
Ask: Where will the video play, what is the exact 1080p raster and aspect ratio, how long is the master, which frame rate is mandatory, and are captions or alternate versions required? Prompt the operator for source evidence
Ask the operator to list each requested shot, reference asset, authorized source, prompt version, seed or reproducibility field when available, actual output properties, and known limitations. Request a separate note for observations versus expectations: “the file measured 1920×1080” is inspectable, while “the model always outputs 1080p” would require broader evidence. Ask which files will be transferred to editorial and which metadata must travel with them. Include a stop question: if the current product does not expose a required control, who decides whether to revise the brief, use another authorized method, or cancel the shot?

Prompt the editor and approver
Ask the editor to confirm timeline settings, scaling policy, replacement rules, color and audio handling, caption workflow, and export naming. Ask the approver which frames, motion conditions, text elements, and playback environments need special inspection. Require a response format with pass, fail, evidence location, owner, and next action for every delivery criterion. The final question should be explicit: which current official documentation or visible account state supports any claimed integration, preset, access level, or export behavior? Unanswered product questions remain open; they are not filled with X circulation evidence.
