Does the planner analyze character images?
No. It prepares fields and review rules for authorized teams to complete. It does not upload, compare, identify, score, or retain image data.
Tool / Continuity packet planner / task entry
Structures continuity fields into a reusable character packet for teams.
Prepared workflow
Prepare an AI character passport with rights fields, identity invariants, story-state rows, reference gaps, review codes, and controlled version changes.
Start the planner with a project identifier, character identifier, passport version, editor, rights reviewer, and approval date. Add source rows for each authorized design, performer, voice, wardrobe, prop, movement, and environment reference. Every row should capture provenance, permitted use, territory, expiration, file identifier, and an owner who can answer questions. Record missing views or unclear permissions as gaps instead of filling them with assumptions. Keep sensitive personal data outside the packet unless it is necessary, authorized, access-controlled, and subject to a retention rule. The resulting schema describes editorial inputs; it is not a biometric profile or a promise that any product will recognize them.
Create separate tables for stable identity traits, controlled design changes, and temporary scene state. Give each row a plain-language requirement, an approved reference, where it applies, allowed tolerance, failure severity, and reviewer. Stable traits might cover silhouette or a distinguishing mark; controlled changes might cover costume or age treatment; state rows might track rain, dirt, injury, carried objects, mood, or location. Avoid adjectives that cannot be inspected. Add an exception field so an intentional story change is approved without silently weakening the baseline for every later shot.
Finish with an attempt ledger that stores the exact brief version, submitted assets, visible product context, output identifier, review date, criterion-level findings, disposition, and next action. Include rejection codes for identity drift, anatomy, wardrobe construction, voice, props, spatial logic, and story-state conflict. A change request should point to the affected row and protect every unrelated invariant. Export a human-readable summary beside the structured table so producers and reviewers see the same obligations. This planner creates a portable evidence record; it does not run a model, validate a face, generate a character, or certify continuity performance.
