Notes should describe observable differences rather than infer detail recovery.

    Close with a delivery-specific disposition

    Assign pass, fail, or needs-review status to each declared criterion and name the responsible reviewer. Record output size, processing duration, and charged cost only when the same dated run exposes them directly. Compare the chosen result with the unprocessed delivery baseline, because additional pixels may not improve the actual destination after resizing or recompression. State which branch was selected, what artifacts remain, what editorial repair is required, and what change would trigger a new test. No. Choose against the real delivery raster, motion behavior, artifact tolerance, edit needs, processing burden, and preserved source truth. A larger file can still fail the declared destination checks.

Can results from one H3 clip be generalized?

No. Keep conclusions tied to the recorded source, model path, processor version, settings, account context, date, and rubric, then retest representative material when any of those conditions changes.
