Register the source and divide it into accountable beats
Create a header for script title, owner, authorization, version, confidentiality rule, intended audience, format, duration, and approving editor. Number source spans so every adaptation choice can link to exact dialogue, action, setting, chronology, and factual material. For each beat, record what changes, what the viewer must understand, which words or facts are non-negotiable, and what remains ambiguous. Mark omissions, merges, reordering, and invented visual interpretation for approval rather than hiding them in later prompts. The planner exposes editorial reasoning; it cannot read a screenplay automatically or establish that Seedance 2.5 accepts script input.

Turn selected beats into explicit shot contracts
Give each proposed shot an identifier, source beat, narrative job, subject, action, setting, framing, camera behavior, duration range, audio role, reference IDs, evidence requirement, and rejection conditions. Add dependencies for character appearance, wardrobe, objects, geography, screen direction, dialogue, knowledge, time of day, and emotional progression. Identify whether a visual is literal, illustrative, composite, or omitted and who approved that treatment. A shot row should remain useful to a storyboard artist, editor, or another authorized production path even if the named product is unavailable. Avoid broad cinematic language where observable details are needed for review.

Attach revision history and a cut-level fidelity review
Record every shot revision with the changed field, reason, approver, protected dependencies, and new version. If an authorized product is later tested, add its exact visible label, date, account context, inputs, settings, outputs, failures, and disposition without overwriting the planning record. After assembly, compare the sequence with the source for changed motivation, missing turns, invented facts, continuity errors, dialogue timing, pacing, disclosure, and delivery fit. Preserve decisions at both beat and cut level. This tool produces a portable planning artifact; it does not claim automated breakdown, generation capability, access, quality, or a completed result.
