Register the approved character state
For each shot, select the character passport version and record required face cues, hair, body proportions, wardrobe, accessories, props, temporary marks, emotional state, and preceding shot. Add reference links with rights and approval status. Use explicit not-applicable values instead of empty cells so omissions are visible. Lock the baseline before reviewing attempts; otherwise the team may change the reference after seeing an attractive but inconsistent output. The checklist describes production evidence and does not imply that a named model automatically reads or preserves every field.

Inspect frame and motion drift
Score face structure, eye spacing, hairline, silhouette, garment construction, color, accessory count, prop ownership, hands, and markings. Add temporal checks for feature flicker, changing texture, morphing jewelry, wardrobe edges, gait, and expression transitions. Review start, middle, and end frames plus difficult motion segments; a single chosen still is insufficient. Record defect timecode, severity, confidence, screenshot or clip, and whether the issue is identity, scene state, anatomy, styling, or general image quality. Those categories drive different fixes.

Assign the continuity decision
Choose pass, pass with edit, crop, repair, cutaway, regenerate, replace, or escalate. Link every non-pass result to an owner and due date, and require a retest against the same passport version. A sequence view should compare adjacent shots for eyeline, screen direction, wardrobe progression, prop transfer, and emotional beat. Approved output becomes a reference only through an explicit decision. The checklist records observed results in this project; it cannot prove model-level reliability, product availability, access, or future performance.
