Create a versioned series identity packet
Assign the character a stable project ID and record approved facial structure, proportions, silhouette, age presentation, hair, wardrobe families, palette, distinctive marks, movement qualities, voice authority, and prohibited resemblance. Separate invariants from episode-specific variables such as weather, costume changes, age progression, injury, or narrative transformation. Link every visual reference to its rights status, owner, version, and approval date. Include neutral views and difficult angles rather than selecting only flattering hero frames. The packet is a production contract between writers, art direction, generation operators, editors, and reviewers; it is not proof that any named model exposes identity controls or can reproduce a character reliably.
