Prepare one message and one truthful speaker role
Select an approved product benefit, the evidence behind it, and a viewer situation where it matters. Decide who speaks and what they can truthfully claim. Gather current product images, package details, usage instructions, offer terms, consent, and disclosure language. Remove obsolete assets and personal-experience statements that the production cannot substantiate.

Create a compact production packet
Write a hook, context beat, supported demonstration, clarification, disclosure, and accurate call to action. Add portrait framing, hand and product continuity, dialogue timing, room sound, captions, safe areas, and rejection checks. Use only authorized identity and voice material. Verify the current workspace before attaching files or assuming a particular template, model, or control.

Review the cut and version the variants
Compare product appearance, labels, use, spoken claims, visible text, price, offer, disclosure, captions, audio, and landing page with approved sources. Save the source packet, prompt, outputs, edits, and approval. For a variant, change one creative decision and retain the identifier; do not invent a performance result or retroactively describe the sequence as real customer content.
